The office of Connectional Ministries serves as the centering point for the ministries of the Alabama-West Florida Conference. Our mission is to seek, engage, nurture, and deploy fruitful leaders and congregations who make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. We live out this mission as we focus ministry around four priorities: developing lay and clergy transformational leaders, creating new places for new people, cultivating the most vital, fruitful congregations, and embracing ministry with the poor.
