Several small or medium size churches cannot bear the total expense of a full-time pastor. Under certain guidelines, the annual conference temporarily subsidizes a portion of the Minister's salary with this fund.
This fund also allows those churches to have the opportunity to realize their potential to be self-sustaining churches over time.
November 16, 2018 is the deadline for Equitable Compensation grants that will begin in January 2019.
