The 2015 Annual Conference Session is a voting year. The Alabama-West Florida Conference will elect five clergy and five laity delegates to represent us at General Conference 2016 in Portland, OR. An additional five clergy and five laity will be elected as jurisdictional delegates as well as four clergy and four laity reserve delegates. This pdf file explains who has a voice and/or vote at annual conference. Should you have questions after carefully reviewing this file, please contact Rev. June Jernigan in the Office of Ministerial Services. All clergy eligible to be elected and willing to serve on the 2016 General and Jurisdictional Delegations may be elected without completing the online interest form. Election results will be posted on the conference Website and social media as it is announced. It may be helpful for you to bring a small reading flashlight or utilize your flashlight app on your cell phone in order to read the ballots in low lighting.
