Frazer Memorial United Methodist Church will host a Low Vision Seminar and Expo on Thursday, September 18, 2014 beginning at 10:30 am.  The event will last until 2:30 pm.  There will be an exhibition of Low Vision Adaptive Aids, free blood pressure and vision screenings.  At noon talks on Macular Degeneration and Diabetic Eye Diseases will begin with Dr. Scott Parma, and Living and Low Vision with Dr. Joe Fonenout.
