Raise The Roof Project (RtR), a ministry partnership with Dauphin Way United Methodist Church, will be held June 22 - 28, 2014 and June 29 - July 5, 2014.  RtR is designed for high school students to participate in the home repair projects, primarily roofing.  Groups will stay at Dauphin Way United Methodist Church in Mobile, AL. They will eat most of meals, take showers, and sleep at the church.  Groups must provide their own transportation to and from work sites.  

 

Students will work on homes in the South Broad Street neighborhoods in Mobile. Primary attention is given to replacing damaged roofs, damaged floors, and any other projects that will improve the living conditions of the poor in Mobile.

 

Cost is $230 per participant which covers all meals except lunch and dinner on Wednesday.

 

Do I have to be Untied Methodist to participate? No, God calls all who follow Him to serve those in need. We invite anyone with a heart to serve.
