Teaching for Transformation – Leadership of a Small Group...A training event for LAITY and CLERGY of the Marianna-Panama City District.  This event will be led by Bert Jones, President and CEO of GO InterNational.  The event will take place Saturday, August 25, 2012 beginning at 9:30 a.m.

A Vital Congregation is a local church which has:

• inspiring and inviting worship
• small group ministries
• disciples engaged in mission and outreach
• gifted, equipped and empowered lay leadership
• effective, equipped and inspired clergy leadership 

Within the Marianna-Panama City District, we have many vital congregations, but we also believe that every congregation, regardless of size, can be healthier and more fruitful.  Toward this end, we have asked Bert Jones, internationally respected preacher, teacher and spiritual leader to facilitate a training event to encourage and equip every church in the District to have dynamic, transformational small group ministries. 

Please register on the District Website at www.mariannapcdistrict.org   Click on “District Training Day.”  Since there will be a catered lunch, we need advance registrations.  You may register at the door ($10) but you will be on your own for lunch. 

We encourage every church to bring a large group of Sunday School teachers, Bible Study teachers, and others interested in Small Group Ministries to this training event!
