Gulf Shores United Methodist Church (GSUMC) presents their 11th annual PATRIOTIC CONCERT on Sunday, July 1, 2012 at 7 PM in the church sanctuary.  Admission is $5 per person.  Tickets are on sale at the church office.  Proceeds go to the church’s music ministry.
 
GSUMC's PATRIOTIC CONCERT features The Chancel Choir under the leadership of the Director of Worship Arts, Cody Johnson, The Gulf Coast Brass Quintet, and the children of the community that attended the church’s Fine Arts Camp.

The Gulf Coast Brass Quintet (GCBQ) is comprised of musicians from Gulf Shores, Mobile, and Pensacola.  With backgrounds that include all aspects of the music business, the members of the quintet have a combined 75 years of experience. Having performed with orchestras, bands, jazz groups, and pop artists, the members of the GCBQ bring a variety of musical backgrounds to their performances. The quintet performs though-out the gulf coast region, and can be found individually performing with the Mobile and Pensacola Symphony Orchestras, as well as local jazz and big band settings.
